Chef’s welcome amuse:

Oyster // ponzu, charred aji

Artichoke oysters // ponzu, charred aji (veg)

First course, choose one per guest:

Ceviche Frito // lightly breaded Kanpachi, charcoal leche de tigre, brulee sweet potato, celery salad 

Daikon Fish // lightly breaded braised daikon, vegetarian leche de tigre, brulee sweet potato, celery salad (veg)

Second course:

Gnocchi // fromage blanc, huacatay pesto, pecorino, nori powder, micro greens (veg)
 

Third course, choose one to share per couple:

Quinotto // mushroom base quinoa risotto, aji amarillo, parmesan cheese, plus choice of:

  • Tomato Aji Panca Braised Short Ribs

  • Grilled Dorade Fillet, huacatay sauce

  • Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms, galvi anticucho

Dessert:

Devil’s food cake soaked in Kirsch, white chocolate mousse, black cherries, coconut ice cream

There is a 20% service charge applied to all food and beverages.

A credit card is required to secure all reservations; cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to reservation time will incur a $50 per person late cancellation fee.
