A three-course tasting menu will showcase a series of dishes prepared in the distinctive styles of each chef, juxtaposing Martínez’s deconstructed, molecular approach with Zarate's more traditional style. The event will include a panel discussion about Peruvian-Nikkei cooking moderated by Jonathan Gold and featuring commentary and a Q&A with Zarate and Martínez.
